Important information

Your organization must be a member in good standing to qualify for the Center member rate. Email the Center for your discount code. If your organization is not yet a member, you can join through our member portal and then email us for the code before you register.

The safety of our attendees, constituents, Center staff and volunteers, and site staff is of paramount importance. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at the event. If you are currently COVID-19 positive, have been in close recent contact with someone who has tested positive, or if you are sick, please stay home. Substitutions are encouraged, but if you notify us in advance that you cannot attend due to illness and cannot find someone to take your place, we will refund your conference registration. Due to the nature of this event, refunds are not available for any other reason, nor will a refund be provided if you do not attend and fail to notify us prior to the start of the conference. Please email center@njnonprofits.org if you need to send someone in your place.

The COVID-19 virus and variants are constantly changing. The New Jersey Center for Nonprofits will continue to monitor and take into account the latest CDC guidance and public health directives in determining the format of the event and all participation requirements for attendees. The Center reserves the right to require masks/face coverings, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, negative COVID test, social distancing, or other reasonable public health precautions as a condition for attendance at this event. However, the Center, under no circumstances, is able to guarantee that you or a guest will not become infected with the virus as a result of attending the conference. Please take this information into account when deciding whether to register or attend.

Photos or videos taken during the event may be used on our website and for promotional purposes by the Center. Your registration and attendance at this event constitute your consent to such use of your likeness without payment or other consideration.

Unless you contact us, we will share your contact information with our exhibitors and sponsors, and in the attendee lists (no emails) provided to all participants on the day of the conference.
