2022 Law & Disability Conference

FreeThe New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF), in conjunction with the Community Health Law Project (CHLP), will host the 2022 Law & Disability Conference on Thursday, May 5, from 9-1 p.m.
This year’s hybrid conference allows attendees to participate in-person (at the Law Center, One Constitution Square, New Brunswick) or remotely (via Zoom).
For more than 30 years, NJSBF has partnered with CHLP to present vital and relevant law-related information about the topics and issues facing the disability community. Attendees will hear from experts in the field who will discuss the services available to individuals with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as well as how to divert individuals with mental illness involved in the criminal justice system, from incarceration to treatment and recovery. This event is open to the public. Cost: FREE.
