Working with volunteers is often a double-edged sword. You love the energy and new blood that volunteers can bring into your organization; however, it is often like herding cats, and you wonder if the effort is really worth it.
In this webinar, we will introduce a new platform that will help you harness the power of volunteers throughout their entire life cycle, from recruitment to engaging them in activities that are actually important to your overall mission. On the tech side, there is a robust mobile app for the volunteer and an admin dashboard for you the admin. And we have partnered with the good folks at know.careers not only to provide and deliver the technology, but also to work with you to communicate with and engage with your volunteers.

Paul is a 25-year Wall Street veteran who has specialized in the global technology, media, and telecom sectors in prominent hedge funds such as SAC Capital (now Point72) and Omega Advisors, and in equity research departments in the investment banking divisions of Bank of America and PaineWebber (now UBS) in Institutional Investor-ranked teams in the media sector. His current focus is on sustainable and impact investing through his investment firm know.capital, which seeks to partner with nonprofit, educational, and other social impact organizations to leverage capital in innovative ways for authentic social impact. He is a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at The City College of New York where he teaches entrepreneurship and social impact courses that incorporate a real world, experiential learning approach.
He is also a co-founder of know.careers, a career fair and recruiting platform that is used by hundreds of colleges & universities, K-12 school systems, and nonprofit organizations.
