An Inspired Board is a Purpose-Driven Board

As our organizations move forward from the crisis mode of COVID 19, the boards and leadership of all agencies will need to shift from addressing the difficult realities presented by the pandemic. All of us will need to reconnect and reinvigorate the missions of our organizations and reignite the passion of board members for the core work of the agency. The Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Mercer is hosting two free workshops on board engagement. Our first webinar, An Inspired Board is a Purpose-Driven Board, on December 7 at 7:30pm, will feature Melodie Schweitzer, a Standards for Excellence Institute licensed consultant who works with nonprofit boards to improve their effectiveness and governance through education, coaching, and facilitating discussions.
