PART 1 – SELF TRUST- May 9
David Horsager, author of The True Edge once said, “Trust is more like a forest – a long time growing, but easily burned down.” In other words, trust can take a long time to develop and in the blink of an eye, it can dissipate.
Participants will learn about SELF TRUST.
• What is it?
• How trust impacts them and their role at work?
• What its underlying guiding principles are and strategies to strength these principle
PART 2 – RELATIONSHIP TRUST- May 16
Horsager also said, “Trust is one of the most valuable ‘assets’ a company can have, but one of the most difficult asset to acquire.”
Participants will learn about RELATIONSHIP TRUST.
• What it is and how self-trust relates to it.
• What its underlying guiding principles are and strategies to strength these principles
• What behaviors build trust in the workplace
• How to rebuild trust when it is broken
Facilitator:
Faith Saunders or you may hear, Faith McCalla – same person! Has been a trainer for over 20+ years. started her career at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), now Rutgers University, where she worked for over 12 years. During this time, Faith received a master’s degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the same and later became an adjunct professor at the School of Health Related Professionals – a position she held for many years. Faith left Rutgers University to implement and develop a New Jersey State-funded Employment Institute – Career Connection Employment Resource Institute (CCERI) at the Mental Health Association in New Jersey (MHANJ). She served as director of CCERI for fourteen years – providing training and technical assistance to over 150 organizations in 10 New Jersey counties on mental health and employment-related issues.
