Chemical Safety in Child Care During COVID-19

WEC will be hosting a Special Training for Child Care Providers, Directors and Staff

For the last two years, the Hazard Communications (HazCom) Standard has been in the top 5 most cited standards on the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) top 10 list of violations. Child Care Providers are invited to join this specifically tailored training event.

In Our Virtual Workshop We Will Discuss:

• Assessing Chemical Hazards in Child Care
• Importance of an Effective Hazard Communication Programs
• OSHA’s HazCom Standard

WEC training uses a participatory training method. Participants learn important information that enhances problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
