Do-It-Yourself Strategic Planning

June 11 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Do-It-Yourself Strategic Planning Workshop Flyer

There’s never been a better time for organizations to think about their long-range strategy. How can small and mid-sized arts, history, and culture groups use strategic planning tools successfully – and without making the process overly-complicated? Join the Somerset County and Hunterdon County Cultural & Heritage Commissions in welcoming Allison Trimarco, Creative Capacity LLC, on June 11, 2024, to teach us all about Do-It-Yourself Strategic Planning!

This two-hour workshop will provide attendees with a step-by-step process that you can use to look at your organization’s current situation, set goals, and develop plans to achieve them. Allison will walk you through accessible, effective long-range or strategic planning tools that will help your organization reach your goals and fulfill your mission.

Attendees will also receive a workbook of tools and resources that can be used to guide their organization’s planning process long after the workshop ends!

We are planning to offer a single session of this workshop, which will not be recorded.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Please register by June 4th, 2024, by 5:00PM to secure your place at the workshop. Space is limited.
