Jill Krumholz, RealHR Solutions
Jill brings to RealHR Solutions experience as a business owner, executive search consultant and corporate HR professional. Throughout her career, she has had the ability to build strong relationships, identify client needs and help company’s find solutions. As a search professional she used these strengths to source and identify talent. Before joining RealHR, Jill was a Principal at Charleston Partners, a global executive search and talent advisory firm for Fortune 500 companies. She was also a Partner at Hayden Resource and previously founded her own search firm. Her prior HR experience includes retail and healthcare industry HR and operations. management positions. Jill holds a Masters in Industrial Social Work from Fordham University and a B.A. from CUNY City College. She is currently an active member of The Society of Human Resources Management nationally and locally.
Jennifer C. Loftus, Astron Solutions
Jennifer C. Loftus is a Founding Partner of and National Director for New York City-based Astron Solutions. Her primary areas of expertise are total rewards, customized market surveys, employee opinion surveys, and technology-based HR solutions. Jennifer has 26 years of experience garnered at organizations including the Hay Group, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Eagle Electric Manufacturing Company, and Harcourt General. Jennifer is active in the local and US HR community, serving with SHRM, New York City SHRM, and WorldatWork. Jennifer is a sought-after HR speaker, appearing on local and national television, radio, and conferences. She has been published in local and national periodicals.
Suzanne Smith, Social Impact Architects
Suzanne Smith, founder of Social Impact Architects, has been reshaping the business of social change for almost three decades. As a professor, writer and blogger, TEDx speaker, and coach to social sector organizations, she pioneers meaningful and sustainable social solutions to create real, scalable impact. Suzanne holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
