Exploring the Board/Management Partnership

As a nonprofit leader who works with a diverse team of staff and Board of Directors, the Exploring the Board/Management Partnership workshop was made for you! This session, as part of the Grunin Capacity Shared Leadership Workstream, is on October 26 from 8am to 10am at NJCU at Fort Monmouth, and will focus on effective and integrated partnerships between the board and staff.

We will explore different facets of the board/management partnership, taking into consideration clear expectations, shared accountabilities and open lines of communication. Participants will walk away with examples, templates, and action items for building their board/management partnership.

We know how hard you work as a leader in the nonprofit sector. We would love for you to join us for this beneficial workshop. Please consider bringing your Board Chair as well as your staff members who are in leadership positions and work closely with your Board.
