What do good beer and ranked-choice voting have in common?
We’ll shed some light on that during a fun-filled mock election at Atlantic County’s favorite Garden State Beer Company! On August 22nd, join Voter Choice NJ for a ranked-choice vote with the community’s favorite beers!
The event will include
- Information about the bill NJ is considering the allow RCV for our municipal and school board elections.
- A campaign featuring four of Garden State Beer Company’s great beers.
- The opportunity to buy a flight of beers to help you be a more informed voter. (OPTIONAL | PRICE TBD)
- Voting and counting of an RCV election for the the “Voter’s Choice Beer of Garden State Beer Company”.
This event will bring a smile to your face and introduce you to some great beer—and provide an example of ranked-choice voting, which is being considered in cities, counties, and states across the country. We look forward to seeing you at this fun and informative “election”—in person or on screen!
Cost: free to enter; buy your own beer.
