Jubilee 2023:Celebrating Black History Month Through Music

This is an in-person event

Come join Montclair Early Music in celebrating black history month 2023 through music.

Singers and drummers, recorders, cellos and guitars, adults and youth, we will all join together to share African-American music with you.

The music will span the traditional (Swing Low, Sweet Chariot) to the contemporary (Accoustic Fifths), ragtime (Maple Leaf Rag) to a Ghanian folk song (Tue, Tue) and even a polka (Grande Polka des Chasseurs à Pied de la Louisiane).

Come on out and celebrate with us. The concert is FREE and open to all.
