This year’s conference, Uniting Through Connection, Advancing Through Partnership, will be held on October 28, 2026, in New Brunswick and is designed to move beyond conversation to build relationships, share solutions, and create partnerships that strengthen our communities.
A full-day investment in community changemakers, coalitions, and organizations working side-by-side with funders, public health leaders,
and government officials to make New Jersey a healthier place to live.
