A free, hands-on workshop for nonprofit teams that want practical AI skills, live support, and time to build reusable workflows they can take back to their organizations.
Nonprofit teams are juggling programs, fundraising, communications, volunteer coordination, reporting, operations, and community support, often with limited time and capacity. This in-person workshop is designed to help nonprofit staff use ChatGPT in practical, responsible ways that support everyday work.
We’ll cover the fundamentals of using ChatGPT, responsible AI use for nonprofit settings, and ways to bring AI into repeatable workflows such as program updates, outreach materials, feedback summaries, volunteer communications, and internal planning. You’ll learn how to write stronger prompts, organize reusable context, use tools like data analysis and image generation, and think about privacy, governance, and human review.

What To Bring
Bring a laptop or tablet so you can participate fully. If you already have a ChatGPT account, bring your login credentials. If you do not, facilitators will help you get started.
