Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Waiver

The US Department of Education announced the PSLF Waiver last October to allow student loan borrowers to accrue retroactive credit toward loan forgiveness regardless of their loan type and repayment plans. Since the announcement, over 128,000 borrowers have had over $8 billion in student debt cancelled under the PSLF waiver.
