Reducing Energy Costs for New Jersey Nonprofits: Programs, Incentives & Practical Solutions

Rising utility costs continue to put pressure on nonprofit budgets. This webinar will connect nonprofit leaders with practical programs, financial incentives, and technical resources available through the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, their New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, and all New Jersey utility companies.

In the concluding discussion, you are invited to share your perspectives on needs or barriers nonprofits confront in meeting unmet energy needs and ideas for future programs and partnerships. Participants will hear directly from BPU staff, energy experts, and a nonprofit leader who has successfully used these programs. The session will conclude with a discussion about additional needs and ideas that could help shape future programs and partnerships.

Attendees should leave with a clear understanding of available programs, practical next steps, and contacts that can help them evaluate opportunities for their own organizations. A survey will be sent out in advance of the webinar to prompt attendees to provide challenges and suggestions on energy use.
