The Urgency of Government Grants Reform for Your Nonprofit

No, it’s not just you; the government grant system is truly broken and needs fixing. And ready reforms are at hand, but only if charitable organizations take action now.
The New Jersey Center for Nonprofits and the National Council of Nonprofits are hosting a nationwide webinar, The Urgency of Government Grants Reform for Your Nonprofit, on Monday, November 20, for charitable nonprofit organizations to learn more. This webinar will (1) highlight frequent challenges charitable nonprofits suffer when seeking and performing government grants and (2) identify promising opportunities for reforming broken grants laws and practices at the federal and state levels.
Participants will hear from experts on the results of bad grantmaking policies, such as nonprofit workforce shortages and organizations getting shut out of grants, and learn about legislative and regulatory solutions that you can help influence to ensure reduced burdens, greater access to funding, and better outcomes.
