New Jersey Conservation Foundation is seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) staff member to join our Engagement & Communications team. The successful candidate will produce high-quality communications for the organization as a key member of the Engagement & Communications team. They will work across departments to research, write, and distribute a weekly column, as well as write press releases, newsletter articles, and other communications as needed.

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail; the ability to multitask; work well as a team member and be self-directed and flexible. The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience writing on a deadline. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years working in communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.

The salary range for this position is $45,000-49,000. We offer a hybrid work environment and a competitive benefits package, including paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal time, health insurance, life insurance and a 401k plan with a generous match.

Compensation: 45,000 to 49,000 yearly
