Credit/Debit Card Information
Credit/debit card information is collected though a secure website and processed via authorize.net, a leading payment gateway for secure processing of credit, debit and electronic check transactions.  The Center does not have access to complete card data, and we do not store your credit card information once your online payment has been processed.

The Way We Use Information
When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose, we use the information for only that purpose (such as to provide the service or information you have requested). For example, you may be asked to give us individual information to receive information, register for a workshop or event, or make a donation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that request. You can sign up for our email updates if you would like to receive periodic communications about Center activities and other information of general non-profit interest.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless necessary to answer your question. 

The Center does not sell, rent, give away or share its e-mail subscription list with outside sources.

From time to time, in order to provide you with requested services, for billing purposes, or so that we may communicate with you, the personally identifying information that you provide to us may be shared with vendors or service providers that we utilize to assist us in maintaining and managing our e-mail communications, our archives, our premium online content, our online discussion forums, and other activities on the website. Such suppliers or service providers may use your personally identifying information only in the course of providing services to the Center for Non-Profits, but they may not use such information for other purposes.

If you register for a Center event such as a webinar or our annual conference, other options or protocols regarding the sharing of your information with other attendees, sponsors or vendors may apply. Please read those carefully when you register.

If you have registered to receive email communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists. You can do this by sending an e-mail to center@njnonprofits.org, or by selecting the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of an e-newsletter that was sent from the Center to the email address that you wish to unsubscribe.
